The camp is situated high in the Sacramento Mountains of the Lincoln National Forest amid beautiful pines and aspens. The camp combines the lore of the Old West with the thrill and boldness of the mountains to offer action-packed days of true adventure for Scouts of all ages. The camp is located approximately 1.5 miles east of Cloudcroft, New Mexico at an elevation of 9,000 feet above sea level.
The camp is licensed by the State of New Mexico and the Boy Scouts of America. It is inspected during the camp season by the Otero County and State of New Mexico Health Departments and by the toughest inspection unit of all - the Boy Scouts of America! The camp has consistently earned "A" ratings! All parts of our camp have met or exceeded the standards for facilities, health and safety, as well as the overall Scout program.
