Bushed Bear Service Day

NOAC is Coming!!
Sean Gray

The National Order of the Arrow Conference will be held at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.

NOAC has not come and gone, but don’t wait because it is just around the corner!

NOAC is without a doubt the greatest Order of the Arrow event there is. Were we to devote 2 pages every issue, we would never completely inform you of the opportunities you have by attending! The possibilities are endless! There is so much to do, you can’t experience it all in one or even two NOACs.

NOAC! NOAC!! See You there!

The order is not all about working ,but you know what they say those who work hard, play hard and they play just as hard as they work. At NOAC there’s not enough time to do and see everything. Ask those who have tried.

Did I say that you meet new people and have more fun than you could possibly ask for? Contingents from all over the world come to our Nation’s event to behold the grandeur of the OA. There are hundreds of classes on thousands of subjects to undergo every day as well as countless activities in the afternoon; everything from scuba diving and rock climbing to constructing Indian Regalia! Every night there are professional shows put on and ceremonies of all types. During the day you can compete in Dancing, Drumming and Singing, Ceremonies, and other things I’ve never heard of. I also never heard of running out of things to do at NOAC

After you have gone once you can’t help it. You want to go again. Don’t forget the patches running around. You would go insane! you go home and your bag weighs an extra 20 pounds heaver from all those patches.

You must see to believe!!

Talk to Jim Karol today and put your name down for our 2006 NOAC contingent.

Bush Bear Service Day!

Gila Lodge and the Yucca Council want YOU!

Camp Dale Resler is in shambles. Due to recent logging escapades our camp has been obliterated. Due to the condition our dear camp is in, we are making a special work day, April 29, 2006. We are inviting all interested arrowmen, scouters, and people from all over to come and help put the man power in to get the camp up and running for the Summer Camp season.

So, please, if you are available to help, set aside this weekend to give some cheerful service to our council camp.
