What is Day Camp-
Day Camp is an opportunity for Cub Scouts entering Kindergarten – 5th grade during the next school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy BB guns, archery, sports, skills, and crafts.

Payment:  Via online at checkout, pay with a credit card, or PayPal. If using the traditional registration method, you can pay via cash, check or credit card, at the Yucca Council Service Center.

LDS Youth: In LDS-sponsored units, boys are introduced to Scouting at age eight. LDS youth are put into dens at camp based on age. Youth who are under the age of eight will enjoy the camp activities, even though they aren't earning rank advancement.

Volunteers: Many volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering.  Siblings of Scouts who are ages 3-5 and potty trained (tot-lot), can register as long as a parent is volunteering full-time. Boy Scouts and girls going to 6th grade 11-17 can volunteer as junior staff.

Training for adult leaders will occur June 6th from 6-9pm at Camp Pioneer.  This is mandatory.  If you are unable to make this date we will hold another session the weekend before camp.  You must attend training in order to volunteer with us, I can not stress this enough!  During your training you will be given your role and the duties associated with that role.  We will also be holding the face to face Youth Protection Training during this evening.  This training is also mandatory.  Our goal is to provide a fun but safe environment for our Scouts this summer.

If you have volunteered for camp but are not a registered adult in Scouting you must register no later than May 25th.  This gives us enough time for your background check to come through.  Remember, we want all Scouts to be safe, these procedures are for the safety of the campers!

If you are registering your Boy Scout to volunteer they must also attend the training and receive the face to face Youth Protection Training.

Each pack must have a minimum of one adult registered for every four youth registered.
